COMMUNISTS ACCUSED LOOTING AND MURDER (Reed. March 21. noon) LONDON, March 20. It is officially announced in Tokio that 300 "communist bandits" attacked Manchukuo forest guards and looted the headquarters. They killed lour men and wounded six and kidnapped 23. Reports from Shanghai state that 50 people were killed and 50 buildings were destroyed in a Japanese bombing raid on Kiangling. An American church was hit and three persons of unknown nationality were killed. A Tientsin message states that the British and American Consulates have requested nationals to evacuate the Japanese-controlled areas.
