No Bid for “Little Flaxmere”
No bid was forthcoming when “Little Flaxmere,” the residential property of the late Hon. H. A. Russell, near Hastings, was offered at auction recently. The dispersal sale of furniture and effects, however, was keenly followed, and all lots offered met with spirited competition.
