EUCHRE PARTY (llcrald Correspondent.) The fourth of a series of euchre parties was held in the Kaitaratahi Hall on Tuesday evening, 50 players taking a keen interest throughout the games. As next week is the final of the series there is keen competition for the aggregate. The winners were:—Ladies: Miss M. Cook, 1; Mrs. A. Buckingham, 2. 'Gentlemen: Mr. J. Lucas, 1; Mr. L. Crosswell, 2. Additional prizes: Miss M. Mullooly and Mr. W. Armstrong. Afterwards an enjoyable supper was served by members of the Kaitaratahi School Committee. Those present included Mesdarmes A. White, G. Croon. J. Mullooly, Joel, E. Stevens, L. Crosswell, N. Wilton, W. Lovelock, A. Shelton, J. Lucas, W. Young, T. Scholium, M. Williams and A. Buckingham; Misses K. Williams, Lovelock, B. Croon, R. Williams, M. Lewis, H. Shelton, G. Williams, M. Mullooly and M. Cook. Mrs-. V. Atkins has returned home with her wee daughter Allison.
