Balling first in the senior A grade, the single men knocked up 187 runs, the married men replying with 95. A feature of the bowling in the married men's innings was the number of maiden overs. D. Wells bowled nine overs, seven of which were maidens, while J. Barbour bowled three overs without a run being scored against him. P. 11.
