PROSPECT FOR HUNGARY BUDAPEST, Dec. 22. The Italian Foreign Minister, Count Ciano, who has been visiting Hungary, departed to-day after inviting the Hungarian Foreign Minister, Count Czaky, to visit Italy. It is understood that Count Ciano discussed the question of Hungary's collaboration with the Rome-Berlin axis, concerning which it is reported that Hungary may leave the League of Nations and join the anti-Comin-tern pact.
