HALL APPEAL CASE (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. The Court of Appeal at a sitting last evening reserved its decision on the application of Frederick Thomas Hall, Gisborne, for whom Mr. W. D. Lysnar appeared, for leave to appeal to the Privy Council from the judgment of the Court of Appeal delivered on October 7 and 11 last. The case concerned Hall and the Guardian Trust and Executors Company of New Zealand, administrator of the estate of Hall’s deceased father. The company was represented by Mr. P. B. Cooke, K.C., and Mr. F. W. Nolan.
