WORCESTER REVOLT CONTROL OF TESTS LONDON. Nov. 19. The cricket correspondent of the Daily Mail stales that the Board if Control of Test matches at Home on Tuesday will discuss the Worcestershire Club's motion that the board in future should consist of one representative of each county, thus eliminating the bloc of five representatives of the M.C.C., which is generally increased to nine, because Yorkshire, Middlesex, Kent, and Surrey invariably appoint M.C.C. delegates. This bloc, the writer declares, last ” nr >r killed widespread agitation for five-day tests against Australia. The constitution of the Board of Control of Test matches at Homo, formed, at the request of the counties, by the M.C.C. in 1898, provides that the board shall consist of the president of the M.C.C. (in the chair), five of the M.C.'C.’s club committee cue representative of each of the 10 first-class counties at the top of the previous season’s list, and one representative of each county on whose ground at lest match is to be played, subject to suen county not already being represented.
