THEFT GUARDE LAID A charge of receiving TIG 17s from Richard Prendergast and others at Tongariro on July 3 and 10 last on terms requiring him to account for .he money to the New Zealand Limber Workers’ Industrial Union oi Workers, and by fraudulently omitting to do so, committing theft, was preferred against Ronald William King, aged 22. in the Hamilton Police Court.
On the application of DetectiveSergeant J. Thompson, accused was remanded until Monday next. Bail was allowed.
