CARPENTER KILLED
STRUCK BY HOIST HARBOUR HOARD WO UK Rlt (Vfr Pr«ss Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. Severe head injuries which caused almost instant death were received by T Hillings, a carpenter, 207 Ohiro road, an employee of the Harbour Board. He was engaged in alterations to one of the board's buildings where an outside lift was in use lor hoisting concrete. It is believed that lie was looking clown this and was struck by the descending lift.
