MINERS REJECT STRIKE DEMANDS MODERATED LONDON, Sept. 9. .(Reed. Sept. 10, 9 a.m.) A message from Marseilles states that the dockers, obeying tire Government requisition, are working under protest. A Paris report states that the French Miners’ Federation rejected by 21 votes to seven the proposal for a national mine strike and accepted the terms of an agreement embodying more moderate demands.
