LEFT TO WEALTHY GREEK
FORTUNE OF ACTRESS STAR OF SILENT FILMS LONDON, Aug. 31. Leaving only a dollar each to her brother and sister, Pearl White, who was a star in the silent films, bequeathed the bulk of her £ 100,000 fortune, including jewels and cars, to a wealthy Greek, Theodore Cozzika, who had been her inseparable companion for 12 years.
Known in Egypt as the “Commercial Slcohol King,” Cozzika lived at Cairo, where in 1920, he met Pearl, then starring in a musical show._ They became close friends.
