The Kaiti Hill road is blocked by a slip about half-way up, and motorists who have tried to go to the top have had much difficulty in returning from the point of the hold-up. One motorist who wished to take some friends to the top yesterday found his way blocked, and as he was unable to turn, had to back down. Motorists suggest that the Gisborne Borough Council should arrange for a warning sign indicating that the road is closed to be placed at the foot of the hill,
