THIEVES WITH CAR WHEEL
OWNER ASKED TO BUY CHICAGO, June 1. James Grimes was returning home from the police station in Chicago. where he had gone to report the loss of his motor car, when he was accosted by three men carrying the spare -wheel, which they tried to tell to him. The men were arrested.
