DEATH AT SEA

The death occurred on the cargo liner Waimana on July 22 of the chief steward, Mr. James Northcotte, aged 71. He was buried at sea off Sandy Cape, on the Queensland coast. Mr. Northcotte had served with the Shaw, SaviH and Albion Company for many years. His home was in Essex, England.
