NO VP.MB PR ASSEVI ELY (British Official Wireless.) Reed. 1.30 p.m. RUGBY. July 27. The Prime Minister, Mr. Neville Chamberlain, announced in the House of Commons to-day that the Government proposed that the House should reassemble after the summer recess on November 1. It was expedted that Parliament would be prorogued during the following week and that His Majesty the King would open the new session on November 8.
