AMBERGRIS ON BEACH

A find of ambergris was made on the Blaketown Beach on Monday by Mrs. Fagerlund, Grcymouth, while walking along the sand. The weight of the ambergris, which has been forwarded to Christchurch for realisation, was lib. 8-Joz. It is thought to be worth about £75.
