HOCKEY
UMPIRES FOR SATURDAY TOURNAMENT (JAMES Umpires selected for the first round of the hockey grading tournament on the Childers Road Reserve on Saturday have been selected by the Umpires' Association as follows: Wesleyan v. Scottish Society. Messrs. Gracie and Henderson; Waituhi v. Muriwai, Messrs. Surgenor and . Graham; Foresters v. Y.M.C.A. (A), Messrs. Turbitt and B. Tuhoe: Defence v. Y.M.C.A. (B), Messrs. T. File and H. Swan. The junior game on the High School ground between High School A and High School B will be umpired by Messrs. Langhorne and Smiler, sen. The A. and P. Association's rooms have been secured for the next meeting of the Umpires' Association on Wednesday.
