A message from Formia says that n plane returning to Rome from Tirana crashed in the mountains near Formia and !!) persons were killed. They were mostly members of the Albanian Legation who were returning to Rome from the wedding of King Zog. Tlie controllers of the Romo-Tirana service are withholding the passenger list, but it is known that the Albanian Minister to Italy was among those killed. One passenger is believed to be British. Tlie name given is Samuel Rortoss.

The plane caught fire when it crashed and all the bodies were badly burned.

Tin- plane was last reported taking off from Brindisi. It was due at Rome at 5 p.m. yesterday.
