TRIBUTE BY VISITOR

SYDNEY, April 4

The delegates to the Empire producers' conference were the guests of the Prime Minister, Mr. J. A. Lyons, at Canberra during the week-end.

Major F. Waite, M.L.C., of New Zealand, to-day described the capital as the most wonderful garden city in the world, and a complete revelation to the New Zealand delegation.
