Otto Voss, a German-born mechanic employed at the Sevcrcsky aeroplane factory, lias been arrested on a charge of espionage, as the fourth member of an international spy ring. He is alleged to have sent military information to foreign Powers. Tlie head of the factory, Major Sevcresky, the Russian war “ace,” who is now a United States citizen, lias been summoned to Washington.
