MORE NORMAL METHODS
POSITION CONSOLIDATED

After the representation of the fin ancial situation at the annual meeting of thi' Reiehsbank, Dr. 11. Schachl announced a return to more normal methods of finance, says the Berlin correspondent of The Times. He said that the consolidation of Germany's economic position permitted a cessation of intermediate financing by short-term special bills of exchange. Money not derived from the Budget would be raised bv limited issue of Treasury bills.
