MOVEMENT IN BITAIN (British Official Wireless.) Reed. 12 noon. RUGBY, Feb. 4. Captain S. J. P. Parker, of the Board of Education’s staff inspector of physical training, has been appointed to a new post wherein he will devote the whole of his time to the development of the physical fitness movement among those no longer in full-time attendance at school.
