RETURNING TO LONDON
FREE STATE MINISTERS HOPES OF AGREEMENT (Reed. Feb. 5, 11 a.m.) LONDON, Feb. 4. As a result of the progress of the Anglo-Irish experts’ talks, the Irish President, Mr. E. De Valera and his Ministers are returning to London within a fortnight, when there is every hope of an agreement being concluded.
