PROBLEMS FOR NAZIS
MINISTER’S MARRIAGE AN AWKWARD INCIDENT LONDON, Feb. 3. The Berlin correspondent of The Times states that all available information confirms the report that General von Blomberg resigned from the Ministry of War before he went to Italy on January 28. Well-informed circles deprecate suggestions that a serious crisis has arisen, but concede that the so-called erratic marriage has occasioned an awkward and uncomfortable incident. The Daily Telegraph’s Berlin correspondent describes the situation as tantamount to a Cabinet crisis in other countries.
