SERGIA’S CUP SURPRISE RELATIVE WINS PLATE FOUR FAVOURITES SUCCEED (Tor Press Association.) NEW PLYMOUTH, last night. The weather was dull but fine and the attendance only fair for the opening day of the Taranaki Jockey Club. The totalisator handled £13,467, against £14,958 10s, a decrease of £1491 10s.
