NEW TEN COMMANDMENTS MUSSOLINI ALWAYS RIGHT (Elec. Tel. Copyright—United Press Assn.) (Reed. Feb. 3, 3 p.m.) LONDON, Feb. 2. The Daily Telegraph’s correspondent at Rome says that the Fascist militia has received a new “Ten Commandants,” the closing words of which are: “Mussolini is always right.” They lay down the following axioms: (1) The Fascist revolution still rests on militiamen’s bayonets. (2) Fascism’s enemy is their enemy. (3) Everywhere and always Italy must be served by every means with work and blood. (4) A soldier attacking with decision possesses eertaintly of victory, tory. General Starace has ordered military cadets and senior youth organisations to adopt the goose step. Juniors will 'take it up later.
