ARRIVAL AT SYDNEY
FRENCH TRAINING SHIP SYDNEY, Feb. 2. The French "school" cruiser Jeanne d'Arc, which is the last of the international warships to visit Sydney in connection with the celebrations, arrived at Sydney to-day.
She is on a world training cruise
