FULL CITIZEN RIGHTS
. AUSTRALIAN ABORIGINES (Reed. Feb. 3, 10 a.m.) CANBERRA, Feb. 3. The Federal Ministry is considering the question of conferring full citizen rights on Australian aborigines who have reached a certain educational status.
The plan will parallel New Zealand's legislation.
