REBELS' SECRET CODE
DISCLOSURE IN PARIS BOOK ON ECONOMICS PARIS, Dec. 8. The "Cagoulards," the "Hooded Men" organisation, who are accused of plotting to overthrow the French Parliament and substitute a dictatorship, used an English book on economics to decipher their secret messages, according to the police, who claim that this discovery enabled them to decode certain documents.
A magistrate to-day had the book beside him when he opened sealed documents found in the offices of Henri de Lencle, a brother of the alleged leader of me organisation.
