COLONEL C. M. GIBBON EMPIRE SERVICE LEAGUE (Reed. Dec. 8. 3 p.m.) LONDON, Dec. 7. At a meeting of the Empire Service League Council, Lord Milne presiding, a resolution was adopted paying tribute to the work of the late Colonel Charles Monk Gibbon, who was formerly attached to the New Zealand forces, and expressing appreciation of his wartime services and sympathy with the bereaved family.
