SPIRITUAL BETTERMENT
DESIRE AMONG MAORIS CONFIRMATION CLASSES There is a general desire among the young people throughout the Turanga Maori pastorate to come forward for confirmation by the Bishop of Aotearoa, the Rt. Rev. F. A. Bennett, during his coming visit to this district. Classes are beings held in most of the districts in the pastorate. The keenness shown in almost every ease is evidence of a general desire for spiritual betterment. A number of adults, too, who hitherto have neglected to carry out the rite of the church are coming forward of their own accord.
