NATIONAL FLAG HOISTED ALEXANDRIA CEREMONY ALEXANDRIA, Oct. 12. After nearly half a century, the Union Jack has ceased to fly over the British military headquarters. The British and Egyptian National Anthems were played to-day as the Prime Minister, Mustafa El-Nahas Pasha, pressed the electric button which unfurled the Egyptian flag.
