STRENUOUS WRESTLING

VICTORY FOR FLOMFIELD JUDSON PUNISHED (Pur Press Association.) WELLINGTON, last night. After setting a vigorous pace through six tense rounds and taking a fall with ferocious elbow jolts and violent dumps, Frank Judson fell a victim to "Loftv" Blomfietd's dreaded octopus damn when the two professional wrestlers met at the Wellington Town Hall to-night, and was unable to continue. When Blomfleld first applied the hold Judson beat the mat with his palm, but Blomlield lost his balance and the victim escaped. Blomfield tripped him again but could not completely regain the clamp until he had scaled the ropes from which eminence he was able to throw extra weight into the hold. Judson atiain flapped the floor with his hand, but only with great difficult*- and the assistance of the referee was Blomlield able to clamber off his victim, who lay on the mat groaning and nursing his spine until his attendants helped him from the ring.
