MR. E. V. PAUL APPOINTED (Pur Fross Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. Mr. E. V. Paul, accountant of the Government Printing Office, lias been appointed as Government printer in succession to Mr. G. 11. Loney, who recently retired. Mr. Paul, who is 47 years of age, joined the Public Service in 1907 as a member of the stall of the States Advances Office. In 1919 he was appointed as assistant accountant to the Public Trust Office and in 1927 lie was appointed as accountant to the Government Printing Office.
