East Cape
Thfe July meeting of the East Cape Women's Institute was held at the residence of Mrs. G. Goldsmith, the vice-president, Mrs. Goldsmith, piesiding over a fair attendance of members.
The competitions resulted:—d'Oyley: Mrs. H. Poi, 1; Miss L. White, 2. Maori bread: Mrs. Poi, 1; Mrs H. Dewes, 2. The roll call, "Where I would like to go.to for a holiday," was well responded to. The hostess for the afternoon was Mrs. G. Goldsmith.
