SIR B. H. MORGAN DEAD
(Reed. July 17, 2 p.m.) LONDON, July Hi. The death of Sir Benjamin Howell Morgan has occurred.
He was a foremost consulting engineer and was a vice-president of the Empire Economic Society. Between 1902 and 1908 he was British Trade Commissioner to each of the British Dominions. During the war he served on various Government organisations.
