PALESTINE REPORT
ATTITUDE OF POWERS REPLIES TO LEAGUE (Rccd. July 17, noon.) GENEVA, July 16. Most of flic members of the League of Nations Council have forwarded acceptances of the Palestine report, some including reservations. Italy has not yet replied. The Mandates Commission is not expected to be sympathetic, and may decline to give a definite recommendation.
