COMPLAINT IN TOKIO
REFERENCES UNJUST
RESTRICTION OF WHALES (Reed. July 15, 9.30 a.m.) TOKIO, July 14. The Japanese Bureau of Fisheries told the Associated Press that references to unrestricted Japanese whaling were unjust as whalers are prohibited from taking calves, mothers with calves, and whales below specified lengths. The penalty is a reduction of the bonus.
Moreover, the companies are alive to the folly of endangering the source of profits.
