Henry Cotton, the British golf professional, who is again the British open golf champion. The final rounds resulted in a triumph for British golf. Cotton, who last week regained the title which he held in 1934, finished with an aggregate of 290, and all of the first four were British players. Only three Americans figured in the first ten.
