PLAY AT WAIROA COURSE RECORD TIED OUT. CHAMPION,SHIP PLAY (Herald Correspondent.) Playing in the first qualifying round of tiie Wairoa Golf Club's men’s championship during the week-end, J. W. Benson equalled tlie course record with a sterling G 8 net, his feat being well ahead of any other registered in the round, in which scoring was generally poor.
