She should arrive at Gisborne about Thursday next to discharge. The Pukeko worked Waikokopu today on route from Napier to Portland. Tlie ship loads at Portland on Monday and at Auckland on Tuesday for Coast bays, Gisborne and Napier. She is due here on Thursday next. Tin' Pakura elears Wellington today for Napier and Gisborne. Tlie vessel is to discharge' and load here on Tuesday, sailing that day for Lyltclton.

The Awahoti, from Auckland and Portland, worked Tokomaru Bay this morning and Tolaga Bay this afternoon, en route to Gisborne. The ship arrives here to-night and is to commence discharging on Monday morn-

She is due at the lastmentioned port to-morrow morning and will discharge her shipment ol cattle at the Orakei wharf. On Monday and Tuesday the Margaret W. loads as usual al Auckland for Tokomaru Bay. Tolaga Bay and Gisborne. The Blue Star Line's motor ship Australia Star reached Gisborne at 4.80 p.m. yesterday from Wanganui and commenced loading in the roadstead last evening. II is hoped to dispatch the vessel on Monday night for Auckland.

The Tiroa sails to-night for Tokomaru Bay to assist in the loading ol the Huntingdon. The KouUtnui. from Napier, also will lake part in the lightering operations. The New Zealand Shipping Company's steamer Turakina is to load frozen meat, butter and general cargo for London at Gisborne about July 1(1.

'The Huntingdon (Captain A. E. Taylort is due'at Tokomaru Bay irom Opua on Monday morning, and on completion of loading frozen meat and general cargo for United Kingdom ports is expected to sail on Tuesday night for Napier. The Kemuern, which sailed from Wellingion on June Hi for London, via Panama, sailed from Colon on the evening of July 7. and is now due at London on July 1!).

The Waiotapu, from Vancouver mil San Francisco, via Papeete and Auckland, is discharging cargo at

Napier and sails later to Melbourne Svdncv and Newcastle.

The Hauraki. from Vancouver. San Francisco, and Papeete, is due at Auckland on July 14. and at Wellington on July 19.

The Wairuna. from San Francisco, is expected to leave Vancouver on Monday for New Zealand ports via Papeete. The steamer is due at Auckland about August 25.

The Limerick left Sydney on July 8, and is now at Suva, proceeding thence to Lautoko, Suva, Papeete and San Pedro and is to load at Vancouver about August 20. and San Francisco on September 5, for New Zealand and Australian ports. Delivery will be made to Napier some time next year of a new coastal steamer which iias been ordered for Messrs, Richardson and Company, [anted. Advice has been received in Napier that Mr. R. McLcay, manager of Richardson and Company, who left for the Old Country several months ago, recently placed an order for a new vessel and that construction is now actually in progress. It is not known at present when tlie ship, wliicii will probably enter the Napier-Gisbornc-Auekland service, will reach New Zealand, beyond the belief that it will be delivered to its owners during 1928. Mr. McLcay is at present en route to New Zealand, and is expected to reach Auckland by the Monowai on July 20.
