RETURN TO PALESTINE
HIGH COMMISSIONER ARRIVAL OF BATTLESHIP (British Official Wireless.) Reed. noon. RUGBY, July 7. The High Commissioner in Palestine, Sir Arthur Wapchope, has returned to Jerusalem by air from Egypt where he has been staying with Sir Miles Lampson, the High Commissioner for Egypt. The Royal Commission’s report on Palestine is expected to-day. The battleship Repulse arrived at Haifa to-day.
