000 MORE MEMBERS (Per Press Association.) DUNEDIN, this day. Satisfaction .with the steady growth of the game was expressed by Mr. S. M. Stone, of Wellington, at the opening of the annual meeting of the New Zealand Bowling Association this morning.
He stated that there had been an increase of GO2 bowlers. The season ended with a credit balance of £528. The now president, Mr. W. Connor, of Dunedin, was duly installed, or.ct officers appointed as under in view of the fact that the next tourney takes place here in January:—Mr. D. Hanning, secretary; Mr. C. R. Smith, auditor; executive, the president, treasurer, Mr. H. Rowley, and the Dunedin members of the council. It was decided that the championship tournament should begin on January 10.
