INDIAN COMMITTEE DECISION DEFERRED (Elec. Tel. Copyright—Unitod Press Assn.) (Reed. July 7, 3 p.m.) WARDHA (India), July G. Mahatma Gandhi was present at a fateful meeting of the working committee of the Indian Congress which sat for 15 hours. There was no decision and the deliberations will be resumed in the morning. It is reported that the leaders of five out of six affected provinces favoured the acceptance of office in the Cabinets.
