HEALTH INSURANCE
VANCOUVER, June 2. A majority of more than 11,000 today showed the ballots swinging in favour of a “comprehensive health insurance scheme” for British Columbia’s 100,000-odd workers earning £360 a year or less as returning officers counted votes cast yesterday in a province-wide state medicine plebiscite.
