STATE HOUSING PLAN

ONE TREE HILL AREA APPROVAL P.Y COUNCIL (Per Press Association.) AUCKLAND, this day. A scheme for the erection of 7G State houses on part of the Cadman and Williamson estates in the One Tree Hill district, was indicated at a meeting of the Borough Council, when a plan showing the proposed reading and subdivision of the area, was received from the director of housing. The construction plan was approved subject to minor alterations being made.

The town clerk reported that there were G 3 single and 13 two unit houses shown on the plan. Most of the sections were on one-fifth of an acre. The minimum frontage was 50ft. for single unit houses, and for the twounit dwellings the frontages were as much as 90ft.
