After outlining the principal features of the period under review, file chairman moved the adoption of the report and balance sheet, which was seconded bv Mr. X. Kettle.' On the motion, of Mr. .1. T. Fenwick, seconded l»v Mr. .1. Holmes Dean, the retiring directors, Messrs. F. \V. Williams, 13. .). Herrick and F. V. Kettle, were re-elected. On tho motion of Mr. W. N. .1. Maeltay, seconded by Mr. L. Wood, the retiring auditors, Messrs. Robert Hobson and Company, were re-elected. A hearty vote of thanks was passed to the directors, general manager and stall for the efficient way in which the business of the company had been conducted during the vear, on the motion of Mr. W. N. .1. Mackey, seconded by 'Mr. I!. Meredith. ;
