REMOVED BY OPERATION A difficult and delicate operation of a somewhat Taro nature was poitf formed at the Greymouth Hospital. The patient had swallowed a partial denture measuring two and a-lmlf inches by ono and a-quartcr inches during his sleep the previous night. Tho denture contained two tenth. An X-ray revealed that the denture was lodged low down in the oesophagus. By the insertion of a special instrument the denture was successfully removoci. Tho patient is recovering satisfactorily.
