WEDDING REHEARSAL

DUKE AND FIANCEE FR ENCH COMM ENDED (Reed. May 28, noon) MONTS, May 27 The Duke of Windsor and Miss Wallis Warfield to-day rehearsed their wedding ceremony before the Mayor of Monts, with whom they joked about their French.

The Mayor, when interviewed later, said that Miss Warfield spoke French perfectly and the Duke well but not as fluently as Miss Warfield. The Mayor revealed that during the rehearsal, no mention was made of the wife obeying the husband.
