Reed. 1.30 p.m. RUGBY, May 26. Flags are flying at the mastheads over the Government offices and public buildings to-day in celebration of the seventieth birthday anniversary of Queen Alary, who gave a luncheon party at Marlborough House to members’ of the Royal Family, including the King and Queen.
